HR TALENT ANALYST
Job Description
As ‘HR Talent Analyst’, you will ensure the acquisition, onboarding, skills development, and retention of employees, in response to the company’s resource needs.
Detailed Description
Contribute to the influence of the employer brand and to the strengthening of the attractiveness ofICPS:
• Prepare and participate in recruitment forums and communicate about the culture and career opportunities;
• Ensure the dynamism of the talent pipeline by regularly publishing career opportunities at ICPS on the career site and job boards;
• Maintain close relationships with schools and universities and organize events to strengthen the reputation of ICPS.
Ensure the deployment of the recruitment plan:
• Based on the annual recruitment plan, conduct workshops with managers to clarify recruitment contexts and profiles and validate priorities;
• Set up sourcing policies adapted to each category of profile (forums, headhunting, publication of ads, internal mobility, freelance, etc.);
• Ensure the sourcing and pre-selection of candidates, conduct recruitment interviews and coordinate with managers and directors of selected candidates.
Participate in the design and implementation of the onboarding process to guarantee a satisfactory employee experience and accelerate the integration and performance of new hires.
• Participate in the design of the key onboarding steps and put them under control through the implementation of checklists and efficiency measurements;
• Analyze employee feedback and evaluations on the effectiveness of onboarding, propose and corrective actions.
Contribute to skills development and employee retention.
• Coordinate with the training department to set up training programs that meet employees' skills needs;
• Conduct exit interviews and carry out retention actions with the various stakeholders.
Ensure communication and follow-up of performance and skills evaluation campaigns.
• Provide advice and support to managers and co-workers for the understanding of the evaluation system and the setting of Smart objectives;
• Ensure regular reporting on the progress of evaluation campaigns;
• Manage employee termination when required Manage HR development projects;
• Identify indicators relevant to your activity and develop monthly reports;
• Create content for internal communications;
• Participate and coordinate employee welfare activities;
• General HR administration.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any equivalent;
• At least 5 years of work experience in the field of HR;
• Previous experience in the Technology industry will be an advantage;
• Able to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers;
• Ability to act as a change agent and instill confidence to embrace change as well.
