Detailed Description
• Ensure the completion of accounting operations to contribute to financial performance.
• Provide support to financial teams by ensuring the availability of financial information to
enable appropriate decision-making.
• Prepare financial data to establish financial statements.
• Process client invoices and provide revenue dashboards.
• Monitor debtors and ensure prompt collection of customer receivables.
• Process payments and expenses, ensuring that all invoices are paid within the designated
timeframes.
• Provide support to the Chief Accountant in preparing monthly management/financial
reports.
• Monitor regulatory payments (VAT, corporate tax, etc.) to meet legal requirements.
• Manage revenue efficiently by ensuring accurate and appropriate billing.
• Prepare information for relevant authorities in accordance with current regulations.
• Perform bank and supplier reconciliations to ensure the reliability of financial operations.
• Train and mentor new recruits.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or ACCA level 1.
• At least 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting and administrative roles,
demonstrating proficiency in financial procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in invoice processing and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact
effectively at all levels.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications such as MS Office or accounting software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
