PROJECT MANAGER
As ‘Project Manager’, you will be working in a constantly evolving environment to ensure solutions
implemented are in line with ICPS strategy. You will drive, implement projects, and manage activities,
teams, and relationships with all stakeholders to ensure configuration, integration, and testing of its
solutions, in compliance with contractual SLAs.
Detailed Description
Guarantee the organization of the project:
• Contribute to the analysis and drafting of the preliminary study;
• Assistance in the operational translation of expressions of needs in line with the implementation
constraints;
• Anticipate gaps and propose developments of appropriate solutions;
• Ensure the establishment of various studies (scoping, detailed) and sets up the process and
stages of project management;
• Technical design of complex systems to increase the value-added service offerings of ICPS;
• Calculate the assumptions and sets up a provisional budget;
• Evaluate all the risks, detect bottlenecks, and foresee alternatives.
Guarantee the conduct and completion of the project:
• Coordinate activities and ensure collective commitment to the project;
• Initiate all actions and validate the completion of each phase of the project;
• Ensure the documentation drafting and specifications necessary for a good understanding of the
project;
• Depending on the case, defines the rules of organization of the various stakeholders in the
project, and specifies the responsibilities;
• Ensure consistency and control delegated actions;
• Monitor the use of resources, alerts on risks and proposes action plans according to the
progress of the project and ensure the delivery of solutions;
• Ensure the necessary training actions;
• Ensure the transfer and ownership of solutions and means allowing the development of the
solutions developed.
Manage communication around the project:
• Interface with all stakeholders and present the project to other entities;
• Organize meetings and validation committees, writes reports, communicates on the progress of
the project;
• Present the key indicators, ensures project reporting. Ensures the establishment of the end of
project report.
Guarantee the quality of the project and its progress:
• Develop the project plan and lead the project in compliance with the standards in force in the
company;
• Ensure that the quality commitment is respected throughout the project;
• Ensure compliance with commitments in terms of costs, objectives, and deadlines;
• Contribute to the improvement of indicators and tools for measuring the quality of the project;
• Ensure the transfer of the project to the support team to guarantee optimal customer follow-up.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field;
• A Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile PM, etc.);
• At least 5-10 years’ work experience in a Project Management;
• Prior exposure a Card Management System (preferably PowerCARD), Payment Scheme or Business
acumen will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of Project Management techniques, methods and process development and continuous
improvement;
• Excellent Knowledge of PL SQL, UNIX, C, C++, Java HTML, Jasper, Shell Unix & flex;
• Experience in People Management;
• Experience of DevOps and Agile principles;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with a wide range of people and support
relationships between other departments, and the customers;
• Customer focused, striving for high customer satisfaction, experience of delivering projects to
external customers.
